Terms & Conditions – Laxmi Cab’s (INC Taxi Service in Delhi)
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Laxmi Cab’s, located at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Near Terminal 2, Delhi. By booking a cab, traveller, or airport transfer service with us, you agree to follow the Terms mentioned below.
Laxmi Cab’s provides cab booking, traveller booking, airport pickup & drop, and outstation services.
Service availability depends on vehicle availability, traffic conditions, and operational factors.
The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or legal reasons.
Booking can be made through call, WhatsApp, website, or in person.
A booking is confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation message from Laxmi Cab’s.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct pickup details, time, and contact information.
All fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and applicable charges.
Toll, parking fees, entry charges, and state taxes (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.
Advance payment may be required for certain bookings, especially outstation and traveller vehicles.
Prices may vary based on peak hours, high-demand days, or last-minute bookings.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before pickup time for local rides.
For airport and outstation bookings, cancellations must be made 4–12 hours in advance (as communicated at the time of booking).
Refunds for advance payments are subject to company policy.
No refunds for no-show or late cancellations.
Passengers must wear seat belts and follow safety rules.
Damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be charged.
Intoxicated, violent, or abusive behavior toward drivers is strictly prohibited.
All drivers are verified and trained for professional service.
Vehicles are regularly maintained, insured, and equipped with GPS.
The driver has the right to refuse unsafe routes or overcrowding.
Laxmi Cab’s is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, natural events, or factors beyond control.
The company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the cab.
Service availability may change without prior notice.
Laxmi Cab’s reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance.
